LA VOZ DE LA COSTA // THE VOICE OF THE COAST
Nada están cambiando las cosas en Orihuela Costa, excepto para empeorar todo: la recogida de residuos, la limpieza viaria, el mantenimiento de áreas verdes y juegos infantiles, la señalización vertical y horizontal, la limpieza de ramblas y un montón más de deficiencias.
Y, por si esto fuera poco, algo tan sencillo como repartir equitativamente el dinero que se destina a la celebración de festividades, tampoco es objetivo de este equipo de gobierno, que sigue ninguneando a la costa.
Revisamos las licitaciones en curso actualmente, con el siguiente resultado:
Fiestas de Halloween 2025
Casco: 24.880 euros
Costa: 13.608 euros
Programa Navidad Solidaria 2025 y 2026
Casco: 59.708 euros
Costa: 0 euros (no se celebra)
Desfiles Papá Noel 2025
Casco: 42.790 euros
Costa: 29.000 euros
JUVE 2026:
Casco: 72,890 euros (74%)
Costa: 15.036 euros (15%)
Pedanías: 10.825 euros (11%)
Total Casco: 127.398 euros. Costa 42.608 euros.
Es decir, de un total de 169.986 euros, tres partes van para el casco y solo una cuarta parte a la costa.

Orihuela Costa continues to be discriminated against in Orihuela’s celebrations: less money every year.
Nothing is changing in Orihuela Costa, except for the worse: waste collection, street cleaning, maintenance of green areas and playgrounds, vertical and horizontal signage, cleaning of ravines and a host of other shortcomings.
And, as if that weren’t enough, something as simple as distributing the money allocated to the celebration of festivities fairly is not a priority for this government team, which continues to ignore the coast.
We reviewed the tenders currently in progress, with the following result:
Halloween Festivities 2025

Coast: € 13,608
Solidarity Christmas Programme 2025 and 2026
Town centre: € 59,708
Coast: €0 (not celebrated)

JUVE 2026:
