La cita de UNIDOS X La Costa, que tendrá lugar este viernes, abordará la memoria de gestión, los proyectos futuros y la elección de una nueva Junta Directiva, en un encuentro clave para el futuro de la entidad, tal y como lo ha calificado su actual presidente, Tomás Moreno animando a la mayor participación.
Esta Asociación de Vecinos, que es la más numerosa de la Orihuela Costa, tiene previsto celebrar su Asamblea General Anual de Socios este viernes, 14 de noviembre, a las 16:30 horas. El encuentro se desarrollará en el restaurante The Emerald Isle, ubicado en la calle Marte de La Florida (03189 – Orihuela Costa).
El orden del día previsto para la asamblea incluye puntos de vital importancia para el funcionamiento y el porvenir de la asociación como son el informe de su presidente o de otros miembros de la Junta Directiva sobre las actuaciones realizadas en el último ejercicio, asi como las propuestas de proyectos y actuaciones para el año próximo.
También se contempla la dimisión de la actual Junta Directiva, la presentación de candidaturas y la elección de una nueva Junta Directiva. En la convocatoria facilitada por la AA.VV se advierte que “en caso de no ser posible el nombramiento de una nueva Junta Directiva, se procederá a tratar la propuesta de disolución y liquidación de la asociación, de acuerdo con los estatutos”.

Unidos X la Costa, con más de 1.000 socios registrados, es la asociación de vecinos con mayor número de asociados de Orihuela Costa. Su objetivo principal es defender los intereses de los residentes, trabajar por la mejora de los servicios y infraestructuras de la zona y servir como portavoz unificado de la comunidad ante las administraciones públicas.

The largest Neighbourhood Association in Orihuela Costa is holding its annual general meeting this Friday, 14 November.
The meeting of UNIDOS X La Costa, which will take place this Friday, will address the management report, future projects and the election of a new Board of Directors, in a key meeting for the future of the organisation, as described by its current president, Tomás Moreno, who is encouraging maximum participation.
This Neighbourhood Association, which is the largest in Orihuela Costa, is scheduled to hold its Annual General Meeting of Members this Friday, 14 November, at 4:30 p.m. The meeting will take place at The Emerald Isle restaurant, located on Calle Marte in La Florida (03189 – Orihuela Costa).
The agenda for the meeting includes items of vital importance for the functioning and future of the association, such as the report by its president or other members of the Board of Directors on the actions carried out in the last financial year, as well as proposals for projects and actions for the coming year. The resignation of the current Board of Directors, the presentation of candidates and the election of a new Board of Directors are also on the agenda.
The notice issued by the AA.VV states that ‘if it is not possible to appoint a new Board of Directors, the proposal to dissolve and liquidate the association will be considered, in accordance with the statutes’.

With over 1,000 registered members, Unidos X la Costa is the residents’ association with the largest number of members in Orihuela Costa. Its main objective is to defend the interests of residents, work to improve services and infrastructure in the area, and serve as a unified spokesperson for the community before public administrations.
